Terms of Use
1. General, Customers & Language
1. All offers, sales contracts, deliveries, and services made by Suhu Limited (“Suhu”) through our online shop, www.sunhuntersco.com (the “Online Shop”), are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Our Online Shop is directed at both Consumers and Business Customers, but only to end users. For clarity:

- A Consumer is an individual buying for personal use, not related to their business, trade, or self-employed activity.

A Business Customer is an individual, company, or partnership acting in the course of business or self-employed professional activity.
3. Any standard business terms of the Customer do not apply, even if we do not expressly object to them.
4. All contracts and communications will be conducted in English.
2. Conclusion of Contract
1. Our offers in the Online Shop are non-binding.
2. By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. We may accept this offer within three business days.
3. You will receive an order confirmation email — this acknowledges receipt only and does not confirm acceptance. Your order is accepted either by a separate acceptance email or upon dispatch of the product. Only then does the sales contract become effective.
3. Right of Revocation / Returns
1. You may cancel your order or return products within 30 days of receiving them. To do so, email returns@sunhuntersco.com with your order number and email address used to purchase.
2. We offer free returns and exchanges within Australia. For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. We will refund the purchase price and original shipping costs (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
4. You are responsible for any damage to the product during return, unless it is due to a fault in the product itself.
5. Refunds, returns, or store credit are not available for price changes.
4. Prices & Payment
1. Prices are displayed in AUD and include Australian GST.
2. Free shipping is available on all orders worldwide.
3. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the Customer.
4. Unless otherwise agreed, all orders require payment in advance via PayPal or Stripe.
5. Customers may not withhold payment unless the counterclaim is undisputed or legally determined.
5. Dispatch & Delivery
1. Dispatch dates are estimates only and may vary by up to two business days, unless a fixed date is agreed.
2. Dispatch timing begins:

- Upon receipt of full payment for advance-paid orders; or
- Upon conclusion of the sales contract for payment-on-delivery orders.
3. Dispatch occurs when the product is handed to the carrier.
4. Products listed as “in stock” may still be sold subject to availability or delayed if payment is not received within five business days.
5. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and refund any payments made.
6. Partial deliveries are permitted where products can be used separately, and we cover any extra shipping costs.
7. While shipping is free worldwide, delivery times may vary depending on location.
6. Shipping, Risk & Insurance
1. We choose the carrier and shipping method at our discretion.
2. Delivery times are estimates only; delays by the carrier are outside our control.
3. Risk of loss or damage passes:

- For Consumers: upon delivery or default of acceptance.
- For Business Customers: upon handing the product to the carrier.
4. We insure shipments against standard transport risks at our cost.
7. Retention of Title & Resale
1. Products remain our property until full payment is received.
2. You may not resell products under retention of title without our written consent.
8. Warranty & Defects
1. All Suhu sunglasses — lenses and frames — come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
2. Consumers may request repair or replacement of defective products.
3. Business Customers allow us to choose the remedy at our discretion within three business days of notification.
4. Warranty periods:

- Consumers: 1 year from delivery.
- Business Customers: 12 months.
5. Business Customers must inspect goods promptly and notify of defects:

- Obvious defects: within 5 business days of delivery.
- Hidden defects: within 5 business days of discovery.
9. Termination
We may terminate the agreement:
- For convenience, with notice; or
- Immediately, if you breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach within 14 days after notice (if the breach is fixable).
10. Liability
1. We are not liable for unforeseeable damages from normal use, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
11. Data Protection
1. We store and process your data as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with the law.
2. We may provide data to credit agencies for verification, with your consent.
3. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless legally required.
4. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
12. Applicable Law
All contracts with Suhu are governed by Australian law, unless otherwise stated.
