Returns & Exchange

You have 30 days to exchange your chain and 14 days for a refund. 

Question regarding my order

All orders over 100 € are free. 

Your package is being delivered by DHL and usually arrives within 3-5 working days into the EU, 5-10 working days into non EU.

Of course we are trying to process every order as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping times to foreign countries can vary.

Please note that there may apply customs duties for deliveries outside of the EU.

All our packages are shipped from our warehouse in GERMANY.

Following shipping costs apply : 

National standard shipping:                  2,95 €

National shipping + tracking                  3,95 € 

International shipping + tracking        4,95 € 

You didn’t receive an order confirmation? Maybe there is a typo with your email address? Just quickly send us an email asking if we have received a correct order. If your order was correctly placed and our parcel partner DHL has picked up your parcel, you will receive another confirmation email including your tracking. You will be able to accept your parcel from your local mailman with a bright smile on your face and you can finally present your new SUHU to the world and #huntthesun with us. Welcome on board!.

You spontaneously decided to order a different item? In case that you have paid for you order straightaway you unfortunately won’t be able to cancel your order anymore. However, as soon as you have received your parcel you will be able to step back from you purchase by returning the article to us. Please send us a quick email using the help button on the bottom of the page and the Customer Service Crew will cancel you order for you.

You have suddenly fallen in love with a different SUHU model and want to switch your item with a new one? Of course you can exchange your watch. Simply return the undesired item to together with a short note letting us know that you want to return the item. As soon as we will receive your return we will transfer your invoice amount back to your bank account. If you should have chosen bank transfer as payment method please also disclose your bank details. With the returned money you can easily place a new order with our shop. Unfortunately we cannot process direct returns, due to logistical limitations.
