Condition of Items
Please ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accompanying pieces. We won’t be able to process returns that don’t meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you’d like to proceed with a refund or exchange, please email us at returns@sunhuntersco.com.
Include your order number and the email address used for your purchase so our team can locate your order quickly.
Postage
Once your exchange or return has been approved, you’ll receive a postage code. Please send your parcel within 2 business days of receiving the code.
Refunds
If you’ve cancelled your order or requested a refund, our Customer Service team will take care of it with our finance department — no worries!
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
